Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quick summary: A 7-day refund window is available on your first subscription purchase only. Annual plans are refunded on a pro-rated basis after the first seven days. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
1. Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all paid subscriptions to the TradeYogi platform operated by GetDeaddicted LLC. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this Policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.
2. 7-Day Refund Window (First Purchase Only)
2.1. You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your first ever subscription purchase on TradeYogi, provided that:
- This is your first paid plan with TradeYogi (upgrades, renewals, and repurchases are not eligible);
- You have not violated the Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity;
- You have not exceeded reasonable usage limits (e.g., scraping, API abuse, high-volume automated calls).
2.2. The 7-day refund is available only once per user, per household, and per payment method. Subsequent subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable except as stated in Section 3 below.
3. Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans
3.1. If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day refund window, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription, calculated as follows:
3.2. The "Monthly Equivalent" is the prevailing monthly subscription price at the time of your annual purchase, not the discounted annual rate. This ensures fair usage compensation.
3.3. Any partial month is counted as a full month for the purpose of calculating the pro-rated refund.
3.4. Pro-rated refunds are not available for monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly plans. These plans may be cancelled but are not refundable beyond the 7-day window.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Subscription renewals and auto-renewed billing cycles;
- One-time add-ons, credits, and top-ups once consumed;
- Third-party fees (broker charges, exchange fees, payment gateway charges, GST);
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service;
- Promotional, discounted, or free-trial plans;
- Gift subscriptions and bundle offers.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1. To request a refund, email us at billing@tradeyogi.in from the email address registered on your TradeYogi account with the following details:
- Your registered name and email;
- Order / Invoice ID;
- Date of purchase;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Payment method used.
5.2. Our billing team will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and communicate approval or rejection within seven (7) business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
6.1. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval.
6.2. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or UPI provider, it may take an additional three (3) to five (5) business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or payment gateways.
7. Cancellation of Subscription
7.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page or by emailing billing@tradeyogi.in.
7.2. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
7.3. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage users to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal recovery action.
9. GST and Taxes
Refunds are issued net of applicable GST, in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Where we have already deposited GST with tax authorities, the corresponding GST portion will be refunded only to the extent we are able to reclaim or adjust it.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice and will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
